Suzi Morris is a London based Fine Artist and former Art Director for Film.

Her principal concerns lie in exposing the potential of virology and genetics as contemporary forms of limitlessness and awe. As epigenetics takes on a leading role towards personalised medicine, Morris’s research explores the invisibility of viruses to the human eye and their facility to replicate without constraint, infinitely, in relation to the viscous and mutable substance of paint, and the ways in which it is also able to replicate itself. Oil paint functions in homologous ways in exposing the interplay between viral replication and host.

Morris is currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Fine Art at the University of East London (UEL) with the kind support of Schmincke and da Vinci and holds a Masters Degree in Fine Art from the prestigious City & Guilds of London Art School.

She has also co-produced a number of short films on art and current research is based upon an exploration of postmodern ideas on the virus as a source of the 'Sublime' within art practice.
